Yes, I have heard of at least one and helped a person fix it. Windows update deleted their network card for the radio to PC interface and so the person had to put it back. It's probably wise to write down your radio IP address from the ExpertSDR software and keep it in case something like this ever happens to you.
Incidentally, Microsoft really should be ashamed of their selves as in another update they deleted the whole network support for their own laptop (MS surface Pro) and it has left my wife having to use an add on wifi device. You can hard rest the Surface (bad for your HD and operating system) to get it back, but it lasts as long as that one boot and as soon as you sleep, etc it's gone again.
Other users have had a lot of issues with the latest alpha and beta releases, I haven't tried them, waiting for EE to declare them ready.
